Bangladesh cricket players are facing criticism for their T20 style of play, even though they’ve secured a solid 3-0 lead in the ongoing five-match series against Zimbabwe.

Taskin, speaking at a press conference, pointed out the challenge: “No matter how well we do, if we lose to Zimbabwe, people will focus on that. Winning doesn’t always get acknowledged, but losing brings criticism.”

He emphasized that they always aim to perform their best, regardless of the opponent. Taskin emphasized that their main priority is getting ready for the World Cup, which is taking place in the USA and the West Indies on June 2.

Our main goal is the World Cup.We want to perform well wherever we play, but there are things like opponents and playing conditions that are out of our control. Still, as players, we always give it our all,” he said.
