Simon Harmer leads the pack after a brilliant showing in South Africa’s historic 2-0 Test series win in India. The senior spinner took 17 wickets across four innings in the two-match series, earning him the Player of the Series award for his match-winning exploits in Eden Gardens and Guwahati.

Mohammad Nawaz made the list for his stellar all-round performances. The Pakistan all-rounder played a pivotal role in his team’s 3-0 ODI series win over Sri Lanka, a 2-1 ODI triumph against South Africa, and a T20I tri-series victory against Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe. Nawaz picked up crucial wickets and contributed with the bat, including a match-winning three-wicket haul in the T20I tri-series final, earning him the Player of the Series award in the T20 format.

Taijul Islam represented Bangladesh on the shortlist after a dominant Test series against Ireland. The left-arm spinner claimed 13 wickets in two Tests, including twin four-fors in the decider, guiding Bangladesh to a 2-0 series sweep in Sylhet and Mirpur and clinching the Player of the Series award.

With three specialist spinners making the shortlist, the ICC Player of the Month award for November 2025 will celebrate the outstanding contributions of these in-form cricketers. Fans now wait to see which spinner will take home the honour.
