Royal Challengers Bengaluru have drafted in tall Zimbabwean quick Blessing Muzarabani to cover for Lungi Ngidi, who’s heading home for South Africa duty. The change kicks in on 26 May.
Muzarabani, 28, brings plenty of white-ball experience: 70 T20Is for Zimbabwe with 78 wickets, plus 12 Tests and 55 ODIs. RCB have signed him for ₹75 lakh.
He’s no stranger to franchise cricket either, having turned out in the ILT20, CPL, PSL and the Vitality Blast. His recent returns are strong—22 wickets in 17 games for Gulf Giants in the ILT20 and 21 wickets in 15 outings for Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans.
