This camp follows the initial phase of preparations held in Faisalabad last month, where 33 players participated. Unfortunately, leg-spinner Tuba Hassan has been ruled out due to a fractured finger, while experienced all-rounder Nida Dar makes her return to the squad.

Squad for Training Camp:

Aliya Riaz, Diana Baig, Fatima Sana, Ghulam Fatima, Gull Feroza, Muneeba Ali (wk), Najiha Alvi (wk), Nashra Sundhu, Natalia Parvaiz, Nida Dar, Omaima Sohail, Rameen Shamim, Sadia Iqbal, Shawaal Zulfiqar, Sidra Amin, Sidra Nawaz (wk), Syeda Aroob Shah, Tasmia Rubab, Umm-e-Hani.

The qualifier will be held at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium and LCCA Ground, featuring six teams: Pakistan, Bangladesh, Ireland, Scotland, Thailand, and the West Indies. The top two teams will secure a spot in the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup in India later this year.

Pakistan’s squad will undergo a 10-day training camp at the Ghani Glass Academy in DHA, Lahore, from March 21 to 30. The camp will include net sessions and 50-over practice matches. Head coach Muhammad Wasim will oversee the camp, assisted by other national team coaches.

With home advantage and a solid training regimen, Pakistan aims to secure one of the two World Cup spots and deliver a strong performance in the qualifiers.
