The remaining three — Chattogram, Rajshahi, and Sylhet — will appear under new ownership.

Defending champions Fortune Barishal, who won the last two seasons, and Khulna Tigers will not be part of this year’s tournament.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) confirmed the list of participating teams on Thursday but has yet to disclose details about the new franchise owners. The BPL player draft is scheduled for November 17, with the tournament expected to run from mid-December 2025 to mid-January 2026.
