India look perfectly placed to defend their title based on their recent form. They’ve won five of their six T20Is this year, and every time they’ve taken the field, they’ve made life extremely difficult for opposition bowlers.

Varun Chakravarthy’s inclusion looks straightforward, but the real selection call is the fourth bowling option. It will be interesting to see whether India go with the experience of Kuldeep Yadav or back the pace of Harshit Rana.
The United States, meanwhile, had two solid warm-up outings, scoring over 200 in both matches, although both efforts came while chasing and ended in defeats.
