Labuschagne, who bats at No. three, is just four runs away from reaching 4000 Test runs. With an impressive batting average of 52.57, he has scored 3996 runs in 46 Tests and aims to become the fifth-fastest player to reach this milestone, following Sir Donald Bradman, Matthew Hayden, Neil Harvey, and Steven Smith.
Meanwhile, Travis Head is close to a notable Test record, needing 15 more runs to complete 3000 runs in Test cricket. As a crucial part of Australia’s middle-order, Head played a key role in their World Test Championship victory, scoring a magnificent century in the final against India. With a red-ball cricket average of 43.26, he aims to further improve his performance in the series against the West Indies.
