India Women( IND-W) is set to face New Zealand Women( NZ-W ) in their 4th match during the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, in 2024. This match is scheduled to take place at Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai on Friday, October 4.
In their previous match during the India Women’s tour of New Zealand in 2022, India Women lost to New Zealand Women by 18 runs. New Zealand batted first and posted a total of 155 runs for the loss of 5 wickets. In response, India Women fell short, managing only 137 for 8 wickets. Sabbhineni Meghana top-scored with 37, while Yastika Bhatia contributed 26. Pooja Vastrakar and Deepti Sharma both took 2 wickets each for India.
