Dressed in a smart black blazer, white shirt, striped tie, and sunglasses, Sooryavanshi turned heads with his stylish appearance at one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events.

Speaking to Star Sports, the youngster described Yuvraj Singh as his idol and revealed how the former World Cup-winning all-rounder has played a key role in guiding him both on and off the field.

“He is my idol. When I met him for the first time, it felt really special. We had several conversations, and he explained many things to me. I’m learning so much from him, and I’m sure those lessons will help me a lot in the future,” Sooryavanshi said.

The teenage sensation added that spending time with one of Indian cricket’s greatest match-winners at Wimbledon made the experience even more unforgettable.

Sooryavanshi also shared a light-hearted story about his Wimbledon outfit, admitting that everything was arranged at the last minute. He credited Abhishek Sharma for helping him put together the look in time for the event.

“I didn’t plan anything. It all happened at the last moment. I asked Abhishek bhai to help arrange whatever was available, and I simply wore that,” he said with a smile.

The Wimbledon final itself produced another historic moment, as World No. 1 Jannik Sinner defeated Alexander Zverev 6-7(7), 7-6(2), 6-3, 6-4 to successfully defend his men’s singles title and lift the Wimbledon trophy for the second consecutive year.
