Haris came to Dhaka to play for Chattogram in the 10th edition of the BPL. However, he couldn’t get clearance from the PCB because he had already played in two franchise leagues between July 2023 and July 2024, exceeding the board’s limit.
In an Instagram story, Haris posted a picture of his packed bags and his travel route back to Peshawar. The image also included emojis of a home and a zipped mouth, possibly indicating his disappointment or frustration with the situation.
