Ireland is set to arrive in Bangladesh on November 6 to prepare for the Test series. The tour will span three venues—Dhaka, Sylhet, and Chattogram—and will mark the first-ever full-fledged Test series between the two sides. Previously, in 2023, Bangladesh defeated Ireland in a one-off Test by seven wickets.

Tour Schedule:

  • 1st Test: November 11-15, Sylhet International Stadium, Sylhet
  • 2nd Test: November 19-23, Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka
  • 1st T20I: November 27, Bir Shrestho Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Cricket Stadium, Chattogram
  • 2nd T20I: November 29, Chattogram
  • 3rd T20I: December 2, Chattogram

The Test series will kick off in Sylhet, with the second Test at the iconic Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. All three T20Is will take place at Chattogram’s Bir Shrestho Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Cricket Stadium.

Bangladesh to Host West Indies Before Ireland Series
Before facing Ireland, Bangladesh will host the West Indies for three ODIs and T20Is, following the ongoing Afghanistan series. Despite missing Litton Das, Bangladesh has performed impressively against Afghanistan, sealing the series with two consecutive victories.

The West Indies ODIs will be played in Dhaka from October 18 to 23, while Chattogram will host the T20Is from October 26 to 31.
