In a sensational clash during the ongoing ILT20, Azam Khan, the wicket-keeper batter for Desert Vipers, made history with an electrifying performance that secured victory against Gulf Giants.

The high-energy match witnessed Azam Khan’s explosive innings rewriting the ILT20 cricket history books as he claimed the record for the fastest fifty ever in the league.

Facing an uphill battle after being put in to bat, Gulf Giants succumbed to early setbacks, losing six wickets by the 16th over, with Pakistan’s pace maestro Mohammad Amir wreaking havoc on the opposition.

Amir’s exceptional on-field brilliance limited Gulf Giants to 160 runs with seven wickets down, courtesy of an outstanding four-over spell that yielded three crucial wickets at an economy rate of 8.50.
